“I missed you too Dollface, wanna go get dinner?”

“No, my feet hurt. I want to take a hot shower and go to bed early tonight.”

Perfect. Fits into my plans. “Ok Dollface. We are staying at my parents tonight.”

“Sounds good. I want to take these boots off more than anything right now.” I lead her to my Mustang and we pull away from the curb. It takes about ten minutes to get up to their place.

Once there, I lead her inside, where she immediately takes off the offending boots. I already had the wine chilling, so I quickly pour us each a glass.

“I thought we could sit outside and have a glass of wine. Maybe I could rub your feet.”

“Oh my God, that sounds wonderful Matty”

Once outside I take her out to the gazebo and set the glasses on the table. Thankfully the evenings were still cool enough that I shoe was okay left unattended for twenty minutes. I sit her in a chair and kneel down in front of her.

“What are you doing?” She asks me.

“Well Dollface, I promised you the day you married me you could have your shoes back, so I figure that this fitting.” I pull the chocolate shoe out of the box and hand her the cute little tray. She immediately notices the ring and her eyes well up with tears. “I know that it hasn’t been long, but I know that you are my soulmate and we were meant for each other. I love you more than life itself. Will you marry me?” I ask as I remove the ring from the heel of the shoe and slide it onto her finger.

“Of course, I’ll marry you.” She flings herself into my arms and kisses me all over my face.

I give her a devilish smile “I wasn't planning on taking no for an answer anyway Dollface. Even if that meant fucking you tell you said yes.”

“Oh... well then I change my answer.” She says as her eyes run up and down my body.

“Don’t you worry, I'm going to fuck you all night long then eat you for breakfast Mrs. Pillman.” I growl pulling her flat against my body.

Epilogue One

March 2018

Juliet

Getting married on Valentine’s Day has always been my ultimate dream and Matt indulged me. I know it’s cliché, but I don’t care. Getting married on a Wednesday however, was not ideal. It took all my girls and me: Tiff, Candy, Teagan, Suzy, and Kristy to put together a lovely ceremony where Donny married us.

The reception, however, was amazing. We mixed my funky taste with Matt’s classic style for something unique and tasteful. My dress was a white, plunging illusion, Vera Wang. He was in a gorgeous black Ralph Lauren tux with a red bowtie. I had three hundred candles lit around the little chapel I located between Kissing Junction and Dallas. It was so beautiful. It was even better than my

dreams when all was said and done. Our vows were simple. Love one another forever.

My parents didn’t bother to show up after telling me that I was settling beneath myself by marrying Matt. What do they know? They hate each other and everyone around them. I was bummed

that exactly zero members of my family were there, but Matt’s parents welcomed me wholeheartedly. I must admit that is a fantastic feeling. One of my best friends/clients is now a sister.

At the end of the day, being married to Matt was the best feeling of my life, but that was soon replaced.

I also got my Louboutin’s back. Finally. I missed them so much. I had worn some silver flip flops to the wedding, so I quickly switched to my red beauties. My shiny black bottomed heels were back on my feet, and I was so happy.

When we got home that night, I was surprised with about thirty pairs of designer heels lined up against my side of our walk-in closet. Louboutin’s, Prada, Jimmy Choo’s, Miu Miu. He got me all the ones I never thought I could afford. There are pumps, stilettos, wedges, chunky heels, kitten heels all in different colors and styles. All of them are so beautiful that I almost died.

“Matty, oh fuck! You know me so well. Best. Gift. Ever.” I said, punctuating each word with a kiss after I jumped into his waiting arms. Let’s just say that our wedding night was amazing in all ways.

We left for our honeymoon the next day. While we were in Cancun, I got what I thought was the flu. Turns out I was in the very early stages of pregnancy. Morning sickness is no joke and being in Mexico didn’t make it any better. I just wanted to go home, so we cut our two weeks in paradise short and went home early.

I am due in September, so Matt likes to think he bred me that very first time. All of my dreams were coming true because I went to a New Year’s Eve party for research. Research that was a joke. The moment I met Matt, no other man ever stood a chance.

I moved in with him immediately after he proposed to me. We only stayed in the condo for about a week. We moved into his Spruce Street house, and I decorated it tame color-wise for me, but the best part was there was no beige anywhere.

My office was a splash of pretty much every color. My desk was made by Sam and had a heart with MP loves JP carved into the top, with a glass overlay. Matt commissioned it. It’s huge and gorgeous.
