“Yes. And you better get used to it.” She grinned at him, feeling impossibly happy.
With her former boyfriends, there’d always been nerves at this point. She hadn’t wanted to disappoint.
With Jared, she felt so giddy with happiness she wanted to laugh. For the first time in her life, everything felt absolutely right.
