Reveal Me, Sir (Doms of Decadence 9) - Page 86

“Oh, no, lucky me. It’s the perfect ass for grabbing and spanking.”

“Why? Because it’s large?”

He smacked his hand down sharply on her bottom several times. But this required something more than his hand. This was a rule she continually broke and he wasn’t having it.

“What rule did you just break?” he asked in a dark voice.

She grew stiff as if just realizing her transgression. “I didn’t mean it, Sir.”

“You did. And I am now aware that I need to make sure you realize there are big consequences to breaking the rules. What rule?”

“I spoke badly about myself,” she said in a small voice.

“And do you know why I have that rule?”

“I don’t know. You don’t like having my imperfections pointed out?”

“We all have imperfections, wildcat. But you see ones that aren’t there. You look in the mirror and see something very different from what I see.”

“I’ve been looking in the mirror all my life, I know what I see, Sir.”

“That so? Well, you aren’t seeing what I see. I see a woman who is beautiful and courageous and loyal. She has curves, yes. But I fucking love those curves. And when this gorgeous woman gets out of her own head for a while, when she lets go and stops thinking and just feels, she’s the most intriguing, tempting woman on the planet. You didn’t see everyone watching you at the club last night, did you?”

She sucked in a breath. “No, Sir.”

“Next time, you’ll watch them. And you’ll see the way they watch you. With admiration. With lust. With need. But they can’t have you. Because you’re mine.”

He stood and walked into the kitchen. This was an open plan apartment so he could still see her as he searched in the freezer. Good. She had ice. He poured some into a cup and put it back in the freezer until he needed it. Then he opened the fridge and pulled out the item he’d bought earlier when he’d gone out to get some groceries so he could make her breakfast. Apparently, Ria had no idea how to do much more than cook some toast and make coffee. He’d ended up buying more than just some food for breakfast. She’d protested, as he’d expected, but he wasn’t comfortable with the lack of food in the apartment. All she’d had was some milk, coffee and disgusting diet cereal. As her Dom, it was up to him to keep her healthy, and that meant making sure she was eating.

Of course, she hadn’t noticed this little gem. A thick piece of ginger root. He’d taken the time to peel back the skin while she was showering. Then he’d placed it in one of the sandwich bags he’d bought.

Perfect.

He moved back to the living room. Hmm, a change of position might be necessary. He put the bag where she couldn’t see it then came over and started to undo the ropes tying her to the coffee table.

/> “What’s happening? Are we stopping, Sir? Is it because I said my ass was fat? I won’t do it again.” Her voice rose with every question, until she sounded panicked.

“Shh,” he told her, kissing her lightly as he helped her up and quickly rubbed her arms and legs. “I’m just changing your position. Are you all right, standing there?”

She stood, looking a little lost. He pulled her close and hugged her. “Hey, didn’t I tell you I would never withhold affection as a form of punishment?”

She nodded. “Yes.”

“So when you break the rules, what happens?”

“I get spanked.”

“Among other things.”

He pulled back, holding her arms so he could stare down at her. “I’m not pulling back from you or stopping things. I just want you in a different position.”

“So you can spank me.”

“Among other things.”

She rolled her eyes. “You really are a pervert.”

He shrugged. He was fine with who he was. “You complaining?”
