Reveal Me, Sir (Doms of Decadence 9) - Page 83

Her stomach tightened.

“You can’t Dom me into agreeing to this.”

“Dom you into it?” He shook his head. “You’re my sub. We’re signing a contract together. A contract that gives me certain rights. One of which is to protect you. You get into trouble; I am here to help you. Protection. Comfort. Discipline. That all comes from me. Part of that protection includes a security alarm. And since I am insisting you get an alarm, I will pay for it.”

“It doesn’t seem right,” she said stubbornly.

He raised his eyebrows. “You change your mind about signing the contract?”

“You know I haven’t and that’s not fair.”

“Never said I play fair, wildcat.”

She sighed. “You can’t get your way all the time.”

“Oh, I don’t think there’s any worry about that. You’re stubborn enough to fight me on plenty of things. But you won’t be fighting me on anything to do with your safety, understand?”

“I thought this contract was more about play at the club.”

“Am I only your Dom at the club? Is that what you want?”

She didn’t even need to think about it. She shook her head. She didn’t just want him at the club.

“Good. That’s not what I want either.” He pulled her arms gently away from her chest then grasped her around the waist, running his thumbs along the underside of her breasts. “But since we both agree I’m your Dom of the time, that means I get certain perks. Those perks include taking care of you. Watching over you. Not going to restrict your movements. But if I call you, I want you to answer the phone and if I want to know where you are, you tell me. You’re free to go where you like, so long as it’s safe. Want to go out with your girlfriends, I drive you there and pick you up. You want to move from the place where I left you, you call me and I pick you all up and drive you to the next spot. Okay? I want you to be safe. That’s a big thing for me, Ria. In fact, it’s a deal breaker. You don’t want that then you say so now and we just play at the club. But we need to work it out before we sign the contract.”

“I want that,” she said.

He raised an eyebrow and she realized she wasn’t being clear enough. “I want you to be my Dom all the time. Even if you are crazy protective.”

He smiled. “You know you get perks too.”

“Oh, yeah?”

“I’ve just become your own personal chauffeur. You call me, I’m going to answer the phone. If I can’t then leave me a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible. You just became a very important person in my life. I take care of what’s mine, Ria.”

It was a totally alpha statement. She should probably protest being considered his. But this is what she’d always wanted. To come first with someone.

You don’t really come first, though. His job here does.

But second was still pretty good, right?

He’d heard from his boss earlier that Roarke wanted him to track down the blackmailer. Hunter and Roarke were going to come meet with him in a few days.

“Hand me that contract,” she told him.

“Make sure you read it through,” he warned. “I want things to be very clear between us.”

She nodded and tried to scoot off his lap again.

“I didn’t say you could move. And since that’s the second time you’ve tried to move without permission, you can expect to find yourself over my knee when you’re done signing it.”

Yeah, that didn’t quite feel like the threat he probably meant it to be, she thought as a shiver ran across her skin.

“We need to talk, little one.”

“Now?” Ria squeaked.

He looked her over. She was bent over the coffee table. Her knees were tied to two of the table’s legs, her delicious ass facing him. He’d tied her wrists to the legs on the other side. She wasn’t going anywhere.
