126 Secret Ln - A Cherry Falls Romance - Page 12

My nights and days will be filled with images of her in this house, not a piece of clothing in sight, lying about ready for me to take her. Or perhaps she won’t be ready, and I’ll have to chase her through the halls and doorways and out into the woods. When I catch her, she’ll scream and squirm, but the liquid dripping between her thighs will tell the real story—the one where internally she’s begging me to take her, and so I will. I’ll press her down onto the soft forest floor, knees digging into the fresh dirt. I’ll drive my fingers into her cunt. With the honey scooped from her cunt, I’ll lube my cock and ready her tight channel for my shaft. Without much notice, I’ll breach her virgin channel with the broad head of my dick. She’ll scream because I’m big and she’s tiny, but her body will adjust, and her screams will turn to moans of pleasure and then piercing cries of ecstasy which will chase the birds away. I’ll fuck her until her limbs shake, and I’m too weak to hold us up a second longer. Together we’ll collapse, panting, sweating, but more alive than ever before.

In the forest, we’ll find that we haven’t ever lived until we found each other.

“Hot new story?” Willow asks as she drops down in the seat across from mine. She’s got her hair pulled up in a high ponytail and, like always, a bright smile on her face. I’ve never seen someone who smiles more than her.

“Nope,” I admit sadly. Though it is for a good cause so that’s something. “There is a benefit raising money for children in need.”

“Like medical?” she asks, stealing my notebook from me to look at my notes. Most would get their hand cut off, but Willow is a vault.

“Yeah, and other things.” She runs her finger along Lennon Carver’s name. He’s somewhat new around here. His name isn't new, that's for sure. From what I dug up, he sold his shares of Colossal Inc. and has retired out to Wild Ridge Mountains. Who retires at the age of thirty-one? Obviously him. The man is not hurting for money.

“Colossal? Why does that sound familiar?”

“They’re one of the biggest medical supply companies. Plus, they invented some robots that can perform surgery on babies’ tiny little hearts.” The breakthrough had changed medicine forever.

“Wow.”

“Yeah, the man is somewhat of a unicorn. He donates more money in a year than I can wrap my mind around. And he’s single.” I wiggle my eyebrows at her.

I’ve been hanging out with my mom too much. Still I flip my iPad around to show her a picture of the billionaire. He’s easy on the eyes. He doesn’t do it for me, but I can see the appeal. My thoughts momentarily drift to Corby. Now, that man does things to me that I can’t explain.

“He’s handsome.” Willow breaks me from my thoughts. I watch as she swipes left to scroll through a few more pictures. I can tell by the look on her face that they’ve piqued her interest.

“Yep, and he’s putting on an event to raise awareness and money. I’m getting the word out.”

“Are you going?”

“Probably. Not much else to do around here. You want to come with me?”

“Maybe,” she says at first as she bites her bottom lip, thinking over it more. I can tell by the look on her face that she wants to go. “Wait. I mean yes! I want to come. In fact, is it okay if I make something? Are they taking donations? I’m sure Lily would let me use the Sweet Shop to make some stuff.”

“I’m sure Lennon would be good with that. He wants to get everyone involved.”

There are four small towns that sit outside of Syn City. It’s the closest big city to all of us. We often all work together on projects or events. Sometimes I have to hop over to one of the other towns—Kissme Bay, Wild Ridge Mountains, or Rosewood Ranch—to get a story.

Even with four towns, it’s still slim pickings when it comes to hot stories. Willow too had escaped Syn City like Amethyst. They both ended up in Kissme Bay. It really does attract the sweetest girls. And somehow I’ve been lucky enough that they’ve ended up my best friends.

“I thought you were working on some hot mysterious writer guy.” She slips my notebook back toward me as Caroline walks up to our table to get Willow’s order.

“Just a Coke for me.” Caroline writes it down. “Oh, with cherries. Can you add cherries?”

“Sure can, sweetheart.”

“She’s not done,” I let Caroline know. There is no way she is only ordering a drink.

“You got any good desserts today?” she asks next. Caroline starts to answer her, but she cuts her off—not trying to be rude but in her excitement. “Wait don’t tell me. How many do you have?”
