Classy AF (Cheap Thrills 3) - Page 51

Just as I thought it was over, her hand joined mine, gripping me firmly as it moved up and down and making a last pulse leave me, this time landing right on her folds. It felt like every muscle gave out at once after it, making me want to collapse beside her on the bed, but instead I moved so my thumb was over where that last spurt of come had landed, and I rubbed it around her clit, making her jolt.

“I’m too sensitive,” she gasped, rolling her hips slightly. If she’d told me to stop, I would have, but instead she reached down and grabbed my hand, holding it in place as she shuddered.

That’s when I gave in to what my body wanted me to do and dropped down so that I was lying on top of her, covering both of us in my release now. Lifting up so that I was supporting the weight of the top half of my body on my forearms, I took in how relaxed she looked and how dark her eyes had gotten. I wanted to see that look on her face every morning, every afternoon, every evening… I wanted her to look up at me like she was now the next time I was inside her.

Shifting slightly, I looked down at the piercings. “Did these hurt to have done?”

Bursting out laughing, she moved to cup my face with her hands. “You really are obsessed with them, aren’t you?” I didn’t feel I needed to agree or disagree with that, I’d already made my feelings on them known, so all I did was shrug. “To answer your question, yes, they did hurt but not a lot.”

Well, in that case… “Could you have more done?”

I might hate needles, but she obviously didn’t! And I loved the idea of knowing that under her clothes were diamonds just for me, and I told her as much.

“You know they’re not real diamonds, right?” she snickered, watching me play with them a bit longer.

Grinning up at her, I moved to tug gently on a nipple. “I’m telling you, knowing that this shit is under your scrubs, I wouldn’t care if they were still coal. I’d take you any way you came.”Chapter TwelveRose“Baby, I need to tell you something,” he murmured over the top of his cup of coffee the next morning. I’ll give the guy credit, he didn’t sniff it or inspect it first which I would have done in his shoes.

Looking over my shoulder from where I’d been watching my own drink being made, I waited for him to say something else. Things had been easy between us when we’d woken up this morning, he hadn’t even glared at me when I’d woken him up – which I’d expected – so I wasn’t expecting anything bad. When I noticed that he wasn’t looking at me, instead focused on Rex eating his breakfast like he hadn’t been fed in a year, I sighed, “I’m listening.”

The only thing I got in response was a frown as my cat choked on a chunk of food, making the most god awful hacking sounds to clear his throat, before going back to what he was doing. “Jesus Christ, does he even breathe when he’s doing it?”

Admittedly, the cat was a pig who just stuck his face in his bowl and sucked, but I’d watched him do this for the last three years so I wasn’t as involved in the show he was putting on. “The answer to that is unknown, but I’ve always wondered if he’d turn into a Roomba if I crushed his treats on the floor around the house.”

A look came into his eyes when he looked up at me that I hadn’t seen before, and it made him look like a kid on Christmas morning. “We should try it.”

I was about to say ok and ask him what he’d wanted to talk about, when there was a loud knock on the door. Leaving him to continue watching the show Rex was putting on, I got up and went to answer it, stopping when he ran up behind me and grabbed a handful of my top. “Honey, I…”

Pulling me behind him, he walked toward it saying over his shoulder, “No, you don’t answer the door when I’m not here.” There wasn’t even a glimmer of the humor that normally laced his voice when he said it, instead sounding like he was ordering a suspect around.

Frowning, I watched him as he got to the door and saw the second his shoulders relaxed when he looked through the peephole, and then unlocked it. All of this confused me, but I was distracted by the person who walked through the door the second it was opened.

“Do you know her schedule yet?” Garrett asked, giving me a quick wave. “I think I’ll be ok hanging out at the hospital with her, apart from when I have to go and get my back seen tomorrow. Can you cover for me?”
