I move one hand up her back to her neck, where I pull her head forward. Our lips meet and the kiss we share is filled with desperation and longing. I need this woman like I need air in my lungs and blood in my veins.
I lift my head and wait for her eyes to refocus on me. “I love you.”
I chuckle when her mouth falls open, then closed, only to open once more. “Really?”
“With every piece of my heart and soul. You had me the first night we spent together, and your hold on me only gets stronger and stronger every day.”
Ever so slowly, she smiles and her eyes shine. “I love you too, Brady.”
The words barely leave her mouth before I’m quickly rolling us so I have her on her back, and I’m snuggly settled between her legs. I playfully nip her lips.
“Care to show me how much?”
Her laugh is magic to my ears.
“Forever and ever.”
