Brutal Boss (Bratva Brothers 1) - Page 55

He laughs under his breath. Does he find that funny? It isn’t supposed to be, but if he’s going to get off, I want to too, damnit!

I don’t stop my ministrations, letting my fingers circle my clit as he continues to pound into me, quickening the pace. I slam my eyes shut, and my insides quiver and tremble as the first spasms begin to quake, rippling through me.

Mikhail growls at me, shoving my hand away as he teases my clit with two fingers. “I’m the only one who will give you pleasure,” he growls into my ear. “Don’t ever forget that, Kisa.”

My hips gyrate with him, and with his other hand, he holds my waist as he thrusts harder, driving deeper inside of me.

I’m tinkering on the edge, and I want to break free. “Then, fucking let me come,” I say. My breathing is raspy and thick.

Ordinarily, I’d hate being in this position, bent over the sofa, but with Mikhail, it’s intimate, and he’s in control. I’ve never relinquished power to anyone.

But I’d willingly submit to him.

I don’t understand, but it turns me on.

He turns me on.

He bites down on my neck. The sensation drives me over the edge.

I clench down onto his cock. The spasms ripple through me, causing my insides to tremble and my heart to pound violently in my chest.

He grunts into my ear as he lets go, releasing himself inside of me.

I gasp for air as I stand and slowly turn around, wrapping my arms around his waist. “This can’t be a thing between us,” I say. I don’t know what he’s expecting, but if I want my job back, I can’t be sleeping with Mikhail.

But it’s more complicated than just my job.

“I’m pregnant,” I whisper.

“Already? I don’t think it works like that.” He chuckles and kisses my forehead.

I shake my head. “I’m at least nine weeks pregnant, Mikhail. That’s why I’m suspended from work, because I lied to my supervisors about what transpired between us. I disclosed to them that I am having your baby.”

A flash of anger lights up his features. “You told them before you told me?”

I didn’t know how Mikhail would react to the news, and having his involvement would change everything. I could no longer be an FBI agent. I would be forced out of my job.

“I wasn’t feeling one hundred percent, and they sent me to see a physician. I didn’t intend to tell them first, but I said something to Savannah, my coworker, and she dragged me into my boss’ office. Then, the next thing I know, I’m suspended because of my conduct.”

“I want you to move in with me,” Mikhail says.

His answer catches me off guard. I just told him that we couldn’t continue our escapades. I’m pregnant, and he wants me to pack up all of my shit and move in?

He can’t be serious. “Are you crazy?” He must have lost his mind, and it’s the endorphins making him give foolish suggestions.

“It’s safer if you’re here, under my roof.”

We’re not there yet. We’re not even close to being at that point together. “That’s not a reason to move in with someone. Besides, this was a one time thing. Right?”

His fingers dig into my hip, pulling me close against him. “I don’t want it to be over. You’re having my child. It is mine, right?” His voice is rough and deep.

“Of course, it’s yours. I swear on my life. You’re the father.”

His other hand comes up to my cheek, and he pushes an errant strand of hair behind my ear. “I want you, Kisa. I didn’t come by your house and bring you home with me to fuck you.”

“Are you sure about that?” That is precisely what happened, whether he intended for it to or not.

He grabs my hair in his fist, lifting my jaw to face him. “Do you want to go home to your little date?” he asks with disdain.

“There is no date,” I confess, my cheeks burning.

“If you don’t move in with me…” he whispers and leans closer. His lips tease my neck, brushing against my bare skin. “…I can’t climb into your bed whenever I desire. This game between us will be over forever. Do you know why that is?” he asks.

My breath catches in my throat. “Why?” I rasp.

“The Feds will be watching you. I can’t take the chance that you’ll go crawling back with information. Prove that you want me in your life and our child’s life.”

He crushes my mouth in a searing kiss before tugging on my bottom lip, pulling it between his teeth.

I whimper in response. All thoughts are momentarily fleeting as he stirs a warmth inside of me once again.

He relinquishes his grip on my mouth and lets me speak.

“Prove it how?” I ask.

“Choose me over them. Move in with me.”

His gaze is dark, and he tilts his head, staring at me, awaiting my decision. “Choose you?” I whisper. Is it even a choice?

I barely know Mikhail, and the things I’ve read about him make him out to be a monster. The time that I’ve spent with him, I haven’t seen that reckless and dangerous side.

I want to believe there are two sides to the man, a version that isn’t quite so evil. Dangerous doesn’t scare me. Maybe it should. He’s not the sweet boy next door.

Mikhail is the man of nightmares that wake you up in a cold sweat.

I shouldn’t want to be with him. I should run while I still can, while I’m still free. But I don’t want to turn away from him. Instead, I submit to him. It’s irresponsible and insane, but he saved my life, and the thought of him climbing into my bed whenever he desires stirs my insides in ways that it shouldn’t.

“Prove your loyalty,” Mikhail says.
