Rocky Start (A Rocky Start) - Page 18

“Ten? Are you trying to kill the both of us? I’m only going to have a teaching degree. I’m not going to be wealthy by any means.”

“Luckily, beautiful, I already am.”

“I suppose you are.”

“That’s right.”

“Still, six is good enough.”

“We’ll compromise on it.”

“You may be incredibly gifted with that tongue of yours, but I doubt that will work forever, Mr. McFadden.”

“We’ll see, beautiful. Besides, it’s not my tongue that will do the trick.”

We land at the airport and then we’re met by a handsome guy and a gorgeous blonde. “Georgiana, this is Tate and his wife, Blake.”

“Oh wow, you owe me big time. This is her.”

“Oh my goodness. He tracked you down.”

“Tracked me down? It wasn’t hard since he works with my sister.”

“You didn’t tell her?”

“Tell me what?”

“The cabin wasn’t the first time I saw you. You were getting on the bus with Lydia. I wanted to stop you then, and I tried to follow the bus to get your name even though I was supposed to get to Bennett’s place.”

“So he called me and had me hunt down the bus manifest.”

“I’d just gotten the information right before I pulled up to the cabin.”

“So the information was useless,” Blake says.

“It wouldn’t have been if you hadn’t been there. I wasn’t kidding when I said you were special to me.” I don’t even know how to process what he’s saying. If we didn’t have a group of people with us, I’d probably crawl on his lap and ride his dick or suck him off. He saw me and wanted to make sure he didn’t lose me even before the cabin. I can’t even begin to explain the racing of my heart.

“Can we just get married anywhere?” I ask.

“What? Are you serious?”

“Yes. I want to be your wife. I don’t need anything or anyone but you and my sisters there. Even if we have to go to Lakeland so that Whit doesn’t have to travel again.”

“I like the sound of that.”

“You owe me again. Does she know that you were a virgin too?”

“Tate,” Blake shouts. “That’s not nice to make up bullshit.”

“I’m not lying. I’m trying to make sure we have free publicity for at least a year.”

“You don’t have to tell lies,” I say.

“He’s not lying. He’s an asshole for sharing my personal business out there like a fucking prick, but it’s not like you’ll find images on the internet with me dating anyone, so many assume that I’m a closet homosexual.”

“Really?”

“Yeah, it’s not that big of a deal. You’d be surprised how many more there are out there. It’s not as big of a taboo as it used to be. Mostly people think about diseases and if you’re in my business, you see the ugly side of people and you don’t want that anywhere near you. Now, we can have this conversation later, because I’m not comfortable with a roundtable discussion on why I waited so long.”

“That’s fine, because I still love you and since you give me tons of orgasms, I couldn’t tell.”

“Hey, my wife is here.”

“You started it, Tate,” I add.

“You did, and besides, you do the same for me. So anyway, we’ll drop you off at your house, and we’ll see you two at the wedding.” We turn the corner and they drive down a long road until they pull up to a small farmhouse. It’s so quaint and nice that I’m surprised that it’s Sean’s, but he did mention he likes to live differently than his public persona. Not that he has one, other than representing his clients.

“It’s so nice to meet you, Georgie. These men are something else,” Blake says, shaking her head.

“That they are.” I roll my eyes at the two men, who are all grumbly.

“Come on, beautiful. Let’s get you inside so I can give you a couple of orgasms and remind you that you belong to me and only me,” he growls. He jumps out first and then carries me over his shoulder. “Tate, drop my bags off on the porch for me, please.”

“Sure thing, boss, sir,” Tate says, tipping his baseball cap with a smirk before flipping him off. I giggle upside down as I wave at Blake while Tate goes to the trunk.

“Asshole.”

“I like him.” Sean swats my ass.

“Hey, jerk.”

“That’s for liking another man.” He spanks my bottom again and my pussy soaks my panties, causing me to wiggle my hips.

“Hey, he’s the reason I want to marry you sooner, but I suppose we could wait and have a big wedding.”

He sets me down on my feet inside the house and cups my face. “The hell we are. You already promised me, and I’m too impatient to wait.”

“Well, then, you better be nice. Besides, I only like him because he’s trying to point out how amazing you are.”

“I’ve been trying to tell you that I’m all in.”
