His eyes slanted, a heated look simmering in the swirls of navy. “Then what are we waiting for?”
A devious smile formed on his face, and then my entire world flipped upside down. Emmett’s hands gripped my face with a strong grasp. His fingers intertwined in my hair, and he pulled my mouth to his. His lips stole the breath off mine. I couldn’t breathe.
