A Fragile Wife - Page 46

“What are you trying to say? That you’re not into it anymore?”

Me? Hardly. “What I’m saying is that just because you were okay with some other man fucking me whenever we last did it, doesn’t mean you’re down with the idea now. I love you, Kenny. I want you to be happy with me.”

A part of her felt weak. Wimpy. Selfish. Here she was, practically throwing herself at her husband. Emotionally, anyway. Didn’t he still love her? Didn’t he want to do all the things they used to do? Didn’t that fulfill him? Please, please… tell me that we have enough thrills to keep you with me. Lana couldn’t handle finding out her husband was cheating because he needed that thrill of hiding something from his wife. It would destroy her.

“I am happy with you. I’ve been the happiest man on Earth these past twelve years.” He kissed her cheek, motioning to the young man they both lusted after. “You’re freaking me out a little, Bunny. I can only imagine what you have planned.”

She didn’t have anything planned, but he didn’t have to know that.

“Stay here and let me work my magic.” Lana handed him her wine and stood up, letting her feet carry her across the room and to the young men surrounding a small table full of drinks. Her eyes remained on the masculine specimen who had an anaconda slithering up his tight pants. Wish I had kept my drink.

The man looked back at her, his laughter abruptly ending the moment he realized that Lana only had eyes for him.

“Scram,” she told the other subs. “I saw the Domme posse come stalking in a few minutes ago. I’m sure some pussy awaits you there.”

The other men glanced at each other before getting up. Although Lana was not their Domme tonight, she was definitely Domme enough to make them obey. And if she wanted them to leave her alone? They damn well would!

Left with the young man she had been eyeing for the past few minutes, Lana sat next to him, her body language inviting and words even more so.

“You seem like the type of man looking for a good time tonight.”

He sat up straight. He may be a sub, but he was still a man, and Lana was used to these younger types flexing their (nice, very nice) muscles even if they didn’t realize it. I was graduating high school when he was born, I would bet money on it. All right, maybe middle school. Fifth grade pageant? Did it matter? Not in these situations, it doesn’t.

“I am looking for whatever a good Mistress provides.” The shirtless man reached forward, pouring Lana a small amount of craft beer in a clean glass. He offered it to Lana, who took it to be polite even though she wasn’t a fan of beer.

“And what name do you offer a Mistress who comes your way?” Lana huffed. “Or do you prefer to have your Mistress give you a name for the night?”

“My name is Caden.”

Oh my God, of course it is. Lana wanted to laugh. Half her nephews were some form of Aiden, Hayden, Trayden, God knew what else. They all blurred together for her. “Well, Caden, what if I told you that Mistress is looking for a man who can fulfill a specific function tonight?”

He raised his eyebrows. “I would say it depends on what that function is, ma’am.”

Lana brushed back some of the dark hair growing on his forehead. Her touch had the desired effect: Caden flinched, desirably, muscles flexing and smooth skin warming to the touch.

“Let me ask you first, Caden… do you think I’m the type of woman you would follow?”

He looked her up and down, sizing her up. Not just her body. Most subs didn’t care about that, although a good looking Mistress was a huge bonus. No, he was sizing up her strength, her willfulness, the way her eyes gazed at him seductively. He assessed her fingers as they gently rubbed the top of his hand. Her voice, calm but stern, spoke to those desires that weren’t so hidden inside a man like Caden.

“Very much so, Mistress.”

“Good. Because I like you too, Caden. You seem obedient. And you seem to have…” she glanced at his cock. “Talents.”

“I aim to please, Mistress.”

“Well, let me tell you what kind of thing I have planned tonight, Caden.” She gestured to her husband sitting a ways away. Ken gazed back at them, although he covertly checked his cell phone, crossed his legs, and finished his wife’s wine for her. The right mix of interested and disinterested. “See that man there? That’s my husband. We just celebrated our tenth anniversary.”
