A is for Aiden (Men of ALPHAbet Mountain) - Page 17

As night fell, I took a long shower and got comfortable in some loose gym shorts and an undershirt. The boys used to call them “wifebeaters,” but I never liked that name. I did, however, really like how they felt. Just enough shirt to be wearing something, but it didn’t restrict me at all, and when I was working out, I could see my muscles moving in the mirror, making it easier to monitor for proper form.

I climbed into bed, intending to do some reading and fall asleep early, but ever since the shower had started, I kept getting flashes of a memory I was trying not to recall. Desiree’s naked body, water dripping down her side with just the hint of her breast, the rest of her covered by the shower curtain. The shadow of her curves black against the white curtain and her hair slicked back and falling down her shoulders.

My cock bulged in my shorts, comically tenting them so that there was a large enough gap in the leg hole I could fit my whole hand through. The thoughts of her body were vibrant in my mind’s eye, and I reached down, pulling the leg hole over and letting my cock spring out into freedom. It had been so long since I had been with a woman. I ached for the comfort and excitement of the touch on my skin, and particularly the idea of her curvy, petite body wrapped around mine.

Wrapping my fingers around the base, I began to stroke myself, envisioning that bathroom encounter differently. Imagining her opening that curtain all the way, letting me get a good look at her olive skin, reddened by the heat of the water and the steam rising up off it. The fantasy of her mouth pressing mine and dropping down until she was on her knees in the tub, taking me into her mouth, pleasuring me.

My strokes got faster and more desperate as I fantasized about how I would fuck her. How she would cry out my name as she came. How I would explode into her wet, warm pussy. How our lips would lock as we experienced ecstasy together.

Desiree

My interview was today, and I was determined not to screw it up. It had been a hectic and insane first couple of days in Ashford, and I was looking forward to having some semblance of normalcy by getting back to work. As I tried to get ready, my thoughts kept drifting back to Aiden and the short time I’d spent in his cabin.

More than once, I’d been tempted to touch myself to thoughts of him, but I’d resisted. Fixating on a man who clearly wanted to be left alone to his own devices would get me nowhere. I needed to focus on getting a job and moving forward with my new life.

The clothing boutique was at the end of the main street where the road started to meander out toward the edges of town. It wasn’t social work, but it was something where I could occupy my time and put some money away while I searched for something in my line of work if I chose to stay longer than the six months I’d settled on initially.

I walked into the store and met a middle-aged woman at the counter. “Miss Giannotti,” she said. “Pleasure to meet you. I’m Wilma Wilson.”

“Nice to meet you, Mrs. Wilson.”

“Wilma, please.”

I nodded, noticing the Wonder Woman logo necklace she wore. Two W’s. How cute.

“You can call me Desiree,” I said.

“What a pretty name,” she said. “Please, follow me.”

I followed her into a back room and took a seat across from her, letting my eyes travel across her tiny office as she opened my folder and took a seat herself with a small but not unnoticeable grunt.

“Thank you for being willing to reschedule me,” I said. “That was a crazy storm.”

“Indeed, it was,” she said. “I hope you were able to stay warm and comfortable.”

I grinned a little to myself, not wanting to go into that particular story. Not yet, at least.

“Yes,” I responded instead.

“Good,” she said, still looking at my application. Then, lifting her head to look directly into my eyes, she smiled kindly. “So, tell me a little bit about yourself.”

A little bit, I thought. That’s all I can tell you anyway.

The interview went great. I was able to skirt a lot of the information that I didn’t want out there, focusing on wanting to get to know the town and figuring that a business on the main strip was the way to do that. She asked about my retail background, and I told her I didn’t have much of one, that my education and previous experience had been in social work, but that I felt that gave me an advantage in working with the public.
