Sinful Ella (Seven Ways to Sin 6) - Page 23

I cast a glance around the room. Unlike the main room, this room was far less well lit; purple lights on the walls cast deep shadows over the floor. At the center of the room stood an ornate bed, bigger than any I had ever seen in my life. Certainly a far cry from the twin bed I had back home. The bed was covered in pillows and cushions, which spilled over onto the floor.

Peter moved toward me, and I took an involuntary step backward. “Playing coy?” he asked, undeterred. We continued in this way, with me taking a step backward for every step he took toward me, until I felt the hard, cool press of the wall against my back.

Peter’s hands moved to grip my waist, pulling my lower body snug against his. “I’ve been thinking about getting you up here all night,” he said, and I could feel the hard length of his penis press against my belly. I gasped.

“No need to be nervous,” Peter said. He thrust his hips forward, hard. “Can you feel how much I want you?”

I managed to pull away breathing hard. “Where are you going?” Peter asked, and I realized then that he was very, very drunk. I maybe had less control of this situation than I thought.

“Do you mind if we just . . . talk?” I asked, mind racing. Peter was between me and the door. If I made a break for it, would he try to stop me? I tried to remember if he had locked the door behind us.

Peter grinned. “Dirty talk?” he asked, leering. I deeply regretted agreeing to come up here with him, instead of insisting that we stay where it was brightly lit, and we were surrounded by people. His flirting was nothing like Lester and Chris’s; they were funny and charming, but Peter was just . . . gross. And pushy.

He made another grab for me, which I managed to dodge. “Don’t be such a tease,” he said, finally managing to grab me by the wrist. He jerked me toward him, pressing my palm against the bulge of his crotch. “Come on, baby. See what you’re doing to me? Ah, God, I’m rock hard . . .” He crushed his mouth against mine in a wet, slobbery kiss, his tongue probing at my tightly clenched lips.

I pulled away again. “I don’t want to do this,” I said, voice shaking. “I think I’d like to leave now.”

Peter scoffed. “You can’t leave me like this,” he said, gesturing to his crotch. “You’ll have to at least suck me off. Come here, I’ve been thinking about fucking that pretty face all night.”

I backed away, each step taking me further from the door, from escape. I wondered if I screamed, if anyone would hear me. It wouldn’t surprise me if the walls were soundproof.

Before I could open my mouth to try, the door burst open. Not locked, after all. I almost sobbed with relief, especially when I saw who it was: Darren.

“Oh, sorry, I didn’t realize this room was occupied.” He caught sight of my face and stopped abruptly. “Is everything okay in here?”

“We’re fine,” Peter growled, but Darren acted as if he hadn’t spoken. His gaze was fixed on mine.

“Are you okay?” he repeated, and I shook my head. Jaw set, he turned to Peter. “I think you should probably leave.”

“I’m not going anywhere,” Peter said. Darren advanced on him, eyes flashing, and Peter took a step back.

“I should clarify: that wasn’t a suggestion. You are going to leave right now, and I am going to let management know that you are not to be allowed back.”

“You can’t do that,” Peter said, his voice taking on a decidedly whiny tone. Had I really thought that this man was attractive? He was repulsive.

“Try me,” Darren said.

Peter turned to me. “We were just having fun, weren’t we? Tell him you want me to stay.”

It took a moment for me to find my voice. “I don’t,” I said finally. “I want you to leave, right now.”

Peter’s gaze darted between me and Darren for a few moments, before his shoulders slumped in defeat. “Fuck this,” he said. “And fuck you, bitch.” At that, Darren took a menacing step forward, and Peter raised his hands in surrender. “Whatever. I’m leaving.” With that, he slumped out of the room.

With Peter gone, Darren looked to me. “Are you okay?” he asked, voice soft. I nodded, too overcome to trust my words. “Good,” Darren said. “You stay right here. I’m going to make sure that guy is never allowed back in. I’ll be back in a minute.”

As I waited for Darren to return, I focused on taking deep, steadying breaths. I tried not to think about what had just happened, or what might have happened if Darren hadn’t arrived when he did. I found that my hands were shaking, and I wrapped my arms tightly around myself.
