Ugly Beast (Hell's Bastards MC 1) - Page 66

Abriana was up in his room at the club. He wanted the club together, stronger, and sending her home he’d have to get a brother to stay with her, and Ugly Beast didn’t want her too far away.

When Vigo and his men showed up, he was going to be ready for them.

He stood back, watching as Smokey took out his aggression on the three men who were chained to chairs. They’d already pissed themselves, and from the smell, one or all had shit themselves as well.

They were prospects, and this was the job they’d signed up for. Even to be taken, they had to handle interrogation.

“We’re not talking.” The one who had declared himself leader of the prospects, spat. There were piss stains on his pants, but clearly he thought he was a big, tough guy.

Rocky, Verge, and Lewis all laughed.

Ugly Beast kept his arms folded, leaning against the wall, waiting to see what they’d say. They all knew what this was about, and once they got the information, they’d plan their next move.

No one had died in the shootout. Raven had been the closest to death, but the prospects had been bad shots, and the only damage they really caused was to a couple of the bikes. They couldn’t be ridden again until they got the all clear of their safety.

Smokey stepped back.

“We know who you work for. We know your orders. So why don’t you save us all this pain and confusion and just tell us,” Smokey said.

“Fuck you. Your piece of shit club is going down. All of you bastards are going six feet under, and we’ll be riding your whores and making them wish for death before we’re finished.”

“I’m going to call him One,” Ugly Beast said.

“One?” Smokey asked.

“Yeah, One. He’s their little leader. The one to his left, Two, and the one that looks like he wants the floor to open up and swallow him, Three,” Ugly Beast said. “I love a good countdown.”

Smokey smirked. “So, Three, what brings you here?”

He dragged a seat over to number three, who let out a little whimper.

Ugly Beast had been in this position as well. Another club, another time. One scar after another had appeared on his body and face for his loyalty to his patch.

Smokey wrapped his fingers around the man’s neck, and he let out a terrified scream. It was a very feminine sound, but there was no mistaking the guy was a dude.

“Please, don’t hurt me. I didn’t want this. I just wanted to have some fun. Fuck some chicks. I don’t want this. Please, please. We were to kill as many of you as possible.” He began to sob.

“Shut the fuck up,” one said, yelling.

“I don’t want to die. I just wanted my dick sucked, and you’ve seen the kind of bitches they have. They are always willing to fuck.” He was shaking so bad.

The sound of piss hitting the floor rang out in the basement.

“I’ll fucking kill you if you tell these assholes anything. I fucking swear to you. I’ll fucking kill you.”

Ugly Beast had enough. Nodding at Smokey, he got his president’s approval before he walked over to One and slashed his fucking throat.

The sound of gurgling filled the room.

Three began to shriek in terror, and just as he figured, number two started to talk. They didn’t know everything, but they knew enough for Smokey and the club to fill in the blanks. Once they were done, they wrapped all three of the bodies, threw them in the back of the truck, and Rock took them to be disposed of.

Ugly Beast left the basement and made his way toward the bathroom.

Entering the room without knocking, he saw Abriana staring at her reflection in the mirror. She looked pale. A little too pale.

He didn’t say anything as he washed the knife in the sink and his hands, which were covered in blood. He felt her eyes on him.

When all the blood was gone down the sink, he reached over to the door and flicked the lock in place.

Turning toward Abriana, he removed his clothes, piece by piece. His leather cut, he hung up on the doorknob. His jeans and shirt would go to be burned.

“You killed them?” she asked.

“Does that surprise you?”

“Not really. They hurt Raven.”

“They were boys pretending to be men,” Ugly Beast said.

“Why kill them then?”

“They opened fire on our clubhouse. There’s no way for us to strike a deal or create peace afterward. If we let them go, we look weak, and after seeing Raven on Doc’s table. I wasn’t going to let it happen.”

“So you just killed them.”

“I didn’t have a choice.” He looked at her. “I don’t care that I killed them either. They hurt Raven. You could have been killed there. An experienced man would have killed you.”
