Corsairs: Kaspar (Corsair Brothers 2) - Page 49

"Mmm." Kaspar does as I ask, and when his thumb circles around my clit, my legs jerk in response. "I see."

In the next moment, he hauls me back and then his face is buried between my legs once more. His thumb keeps drawing little circles around my clit even as his tongue pushes deep inside me again. Oh fuck. I make desperate, needy sounds, clawing at the plating on his chest and thighs as he works me over. He does these perfect little circles around my clit that are slow and not enough and that make me want to scream, but he never stops that motion, just keeps circling and circling and then I'm rocking against his mouth as he fucks me with his tongue and it builds up. And up. And up. He takes his sweet time with me, too, working me as if he's got all the time in the world to eat me out.

When I finally detonate, my entire body clenches up with the force of my orgasm, I gush right into his face, and then I collapse atop his chest, spent.

He doesn't let me go, though. He just keeps licking me, lapping up every bit of moisture. "Kef me, I love your taste," he murmurs as I wheeze, trying to find air once more. "I could lick you for days, Alice. Just…days."

And his hands clench my hips again, as if the thought makes him feel all possessive.

KASPAR

Never has a male felt so possessive of his female. Alice sprawls atop me, breathing hard, and her scent is on my face, her taste on my lips, and I want to haul her tight against my side and never let her go.

She's made a mistake, letting me taste her. Touching me and licking me with that mouth of hers. Now she's stuck with me, because I don't plan on ever letting her go.

Alice eventually makes a noise that might be a protest. She sits up slowly on my chest, as if every limb is exhausted. "I should get off you."

"Kef that." I pat my chest encouragingly. "Come lie down on me. I'm not ready to let you go yet."

I'm pleased when prickly Alice does just that. She flips around, turning to face me, her legs spread over my chest. Then she gives me a flushed, sweaty grin and clings to me like she's some sort of tree climber and I'm her tree. I love it. I wrap my arms around her and hold her tight, loving how perfectly she fits in my arms.

"I should get up," Alice protests again, but she makes no move to do so.

"Nah."

"We should probably bathe."

"Nah."

"I'm sticky."

"So am I. I don't mind it." I slide my hand down her back, then caress her rounded, tailless backside. "Think of it as scent-sharing so Sterre won't be upset by my presence."

"Poor Sterre," she muses. "Probably scarred for life by what she just saw us do."

"I'm sure she thinks we were just grooming each other. Really, really enthusiastic grooming."

Alice giggles against my chest, and the sound makes me feel warm all over. I can't stop touching her. It's not that her skin is so soft or that she's warm and smells like me. It's that it's Alice, and I'm absolutely obsessed with her. I could happily spend the rest of my days just lying here in the dirt and caressing her. Forget rescue. Forget my brothers.

Well…maybe not. But when we get together again, I'm letting them know that Alice is coming with us on the Sister. I don't care how crowded it makes things. She's mine and I'm hers and we're together. That's all there is to it.

"Am I heavy?" Alice asks quietly, her hand tracing circles on my chest.

"Not at all. I like you on me." I squeeze her backside. It really is quite nice, even without a tail. "And before you ask, if it bothered my lungs, I would absolutely tell you."

She chuckles, still drawing circles on my skin. "I don't see scars at all. It's amazing that they managed to replace your lungs and not leave a mark." Her hand presses over my heart. "Is this why you're a daredevil now? Because you had to sit on the sidelines and watch everyone as a child?"

"Perhaps. I never gave it much thought." I just knew that the moment I joined my brothers, I wanted to do everything. I wanted to be first to board the enemy ships. First to jump into the fray. First to explore dangerous locations. Maybe Alice is right. I spent so long wishing to do things that I'm now grabbing at life with both hands. "I'm truly not THAT daring, for the record."

Alice snorts. It's clear she doesn't believe me.

"It's true."

"You run toward danger with a smile on your face," she points out.
