The Butterfly Effect (Boggy Creek Valley 1) - Page 64

“Aiden, please,” she pleaded, tugging at the restraints.

“Please what?” I asked, my mouth making its way down her neck and over to one breast.

She hissed and arched her back as I took a tight nipple into my mouth and gently sucked.

“Oh God!” Willa gasped when I moved to the other breast while I pinched and rolled the now tightly perked nipple I had just given attention to.

When my mouth moved down her stomach, her body tensed.

As I kissed above the bundle of nerves, Willa cried out my name. “Aiden!”

Stopping, I looked up at her, a questioning look on my face before I licked up her body like she was a fucking ice cream cone, one I had been waiting too long to taste.

Gasping for air, Willa nearly shot off the bed. If she hadn’t been tied up, I was positive she would have.

“Seinfeld!”

I licked again and shook my head as I looked up at her. “Wrong word.”

“Shit. No. Sinful!” Willa gasped as I chuckled and licked again, this time paying extra attention to her clit.

“Squash!” Willa mumbled, her head thrashing from side to side as I sucked and licked. “I need to touch you! God, please!”

“I do like squash,” I said and then blew on her sex before covering it with my mouth. She was so close to coming.

“Sq…sq…for fuck’s sake, let my hands free, Aiden! Now!” I screamed.

I moved quickly to untie her hands. The moment I did, she cupped my face and brought her mouth to mine.

Rolling us over, Willa crawled on top of me and let my cock settle between her heat.

“Condom,” I said between kisses.

“In a minute,” Willa said, taking my hands and pushing them over my head.

Laughing, I warned, “If you think you’re going to tie me up, you are seriously mistaken.”

She smiled as she glanced down at the torn towel.

“Willa,” I warned in a voice void of all kidding.

She withdrew her gaze from the strips of fabric and looked at me. She instantly let go of my hands, clearly heeding the warning tone in my voice, or she saw the fear in my eyes.

“I will not be tied up. Ever.”

Willa swallowed hard and then nodded. “I didn’t want to…I mean…I needed a moment to catch my breath, that was all.”

My body was so fucking tight and wound up, I was sure she had felt the change. Then she leaned down and gently kissed me on the mouth.

I had no idea what was going through her mind, but she deepened the kiss, and my hands pushed into her hair. I flipped our bodies once more. I was lost to the kiss. It was slow, soft, full of so much emotion. Somewhere in all of that, I had gotten another condom, and now rolled it on and pushed inside of her.

We made love without haste. My hands and eyes moved over every inch of Willa’s body. I drank in the moment she came and called out my name as she lifted her hips and matched the rhythm of mine. Faster. Harder. Fuck, it was so different with her. It was beautiful. It was heaven.

With Willa, everything was different. It was beautiful, and my God, it was so right. Everything about it felt right.

I buried my face into her neck and moaned as my own release hit me. After I had come, I stayed there, motionless as her fingers moved lazily over my back. I loved the feel of being inside her.

“This feels so right,” she softly said, echoing my thoughts from only moments ago.

Finally realizing I needed to pull out, I did so and removed the condom, wrapped it in a tissue, and dropped it onto the floor. I drew Willa’s body tight against mine. I was exhausted. She was exhausted, and it didn’t take long for sleep to claim both of us.

Willa

We had both quickly fallen into a blissful sleep for a time being, or at least one of us had.

I lay in bed and watched as Aiden tossed and turned in his sleep. His brow constricted; he mumbled things I couldn’t understand. He wore so many expressions. Anger, fear, panic, and the worst of all, pain. There were a few times I almost woke him up, but I didn’t. It was the only piece of his past I felt like I had a window into.

His dreams, although they were one-sided, screamed of horror. Sadness. Regret. Anger.

“Don’t! Don’t open the door!” Aiden screamed out at one point. “Faro hit! He hit on it!”

There was something familiar about his words, and I remembered a conversation I had with Hunter. He was talking about Jack hitting on the scent of someone they were tracking. I also knew it was a term they used when they smelled bombs or drugs.

Sweat rolled down Aiden’s face in steady streams, and I couldn’t take it any longer. I gently touched the side of his face. “Aiden? Aiden, wake up.”
