The Matchmaker's Choice: A Lesbian Romance - Page 94

environment. More hands on. Less students. It’s very focused

because lots of the time, my students are only taking that one

class at a time or maybe one other. School in the fall gets more

intense. I love that too, but then, I do have the fun job. No one

else gets to just about blow up the lab or dance around with the

skeleton model or dissect things.”

“You’re right. You do have the best job. Everyone else

is probably really jealous.”

“Nah. The music teachers, art teachers, drama teachers,

gym teachers, they all think they have the best job. I’m sorry

to say I do feel sorry for the English and math teachers. That’s

a hard one.”

“People either love it or hate it.”

“Do you think that when we’re together we have a

first bite is just about heaven.

“Wow,” Steph declares. “Mom would be pissed if she

tasted these. I promise that I’ll never tell her. Hers are still the

best.”

“My mom never made wings. Never.”

“You’ll have to come over sometime. I’ll get her to

make them and you can try them. If you think these ones are

better, don’t tell her. She’d never recover.”
