Saving Vienna - Page 81

8. Show Zane how Christmas is celebrated in Cherrywood.

9. Give Zane head while he’s working out hard and kiss those dimples on his back, which make me crazy.

“I won’t be d-doing any w-workouts if you do…all th-that.”

Her voice shakes, mimicking my throaty, deep lilt. “You could…do me.”

Holy fuck! She’s pulling no punches. I fear I’ll crack a molar by all the teeth grinding I’m doing to prevent my balls from bursting.

I look over my shoulder, making sure that the café staff won’t throw us out for inappropriate language. Does that even happen?

I set down the paper and release a shivering breath. I want to leave this place right now and go somewhere that holds the promise of several orgasms.

And before I can even ask her if she wants the same, she’s already up, arranging her shawl better over her breasts, covered by a thin silk blouse, which has been taunting me for some time now.

I’m counting the number of billboards as the taxi takes us toward our hotel. I try to keep my gaze away from Vienna, who’s sitting beside me on the rear seat, because suddenly one look at her face has me imagining all the things she has written on her…bucket list.

Keeping my hand to myself is almost painful as she stands so close to me in the elevator. I take a deep breath after stepping out and open the door to our room. My legs fucking shake as I lead her inside.

This whole evening was the worst torture. An enticing foreplay with a promise of more, and now that we’re alone, I don’t even know what to do first.

“Zane, why are you just standing there? I thought you wouldn’t be able to wait to rip off my clothes as soon as we reached the hotel room.”

The sexy curl of her lips has me walking up to her, and I pull her closer. “I wasn’t s-sure where to s-start.”

“Taking off our coats would be a good place.”

VIENNA

Zane’s wide eyes give me the power to hold on to my flickering courage. I plaster my lips to his, and his tongue soon slides into my mouth. Kissing him always feels incredible.

Every worry leaves my body as I wrap my legs around him. This man has become my safe haven, something I didn’t even know I needed.

I suck on his neck, and the way he shivers makes me crazy. The hesitancy that shows up on Zane’s face whenever we’re doing anything sexual has me losing my mind.

Women are sometimes so hung up on the boisterous, flashy alphas that we lose sight of the perfect, beautiful gentlemen who are standing on the sides, ready to sweep us off our feet.

“Take me to bed, Zane, and give me all those orgasms from my bucket list.”

“Your s-sex list, you mean?” His honey-colored eyes shine with lust; I’m sure they mimic mine.

“Whatever makes you tear off my clothes.”

I’m not usually this vocal when it comes to sex, though I’ve learned a thing or two in Ivy’s company. But watching Zane fluster when I throw sex-talk bombs at him is my recent guilty pleasure.

He stares at me for a second before gulping hard and then shakes his head. “You fuck-king love to unman me.”

“No, I fucking love—”

His hands digging into my ass stiffen, and I realize what the hell I was about to babble. For the second time today, I was ready to blurt something I’m not supposed to say and feel.

Don’t get so carried away, Vi, that you forget the reality of your marriage.

But Zane patiently waits for my response, the turmoil of emotions in his gaze has me looking away, but I also don’t want to spoil the moment. I was serious when I said to him during the day that accidents happen even at the hands of the best surgeons, and if these are my last days, I’m going to live them to the fullest.

“I love the way we…make love.” I hold his gaze, there’s a flicker of… Is it disappointment?
