Playboy Billionaire - Page 62

“I didn’t know it looked like this.” I shake my head, and Barker catches wind of our conversation.

“I’m good at finding hotels, Sir.” He laughs as we walk through a pathway towards one of the many all-glass elevators to our left.

“Noted.” I acknowledge as Kalani hits the elevator button.

“First time in Hawaii?” She looks at us all. We must appear quite funny to everyone who sees the entourage of large men in suits carrying our things for us.

“Mine, but not theirs.” Stella answers and Kalani lights up at her words.

“We have many brochures in your room that can help you make the most of your visit!” The doors open, and we load in. Not all of us can fit so Kalani, Alk, Barker, Stella, me, and three other of our boys stuff in while the other 8 catch the next elevator. As the doors close, Kalani swipes a card and presses the suite 1A button, then we begin the ascent up to the top level.

The doors open up to a small hall where at the end, are dark wood double doors with a 1A tag beside them. We walk with her to the room, and I swipe the key on it. The red light at the top goes green, and Kalani opens both doors. The room is so bright I have to squint for a second when we step inside. All cherry wood floors, Hawaiian-themed decor on the white walls, and glass windows lining the main seating area. There is a massive kitchen to the left with a large skylight above the island, and in the center, there are steps leading down to the couches. And a projector screen takes up the entirety of the wall, separating that area from the dining table adjacent to the kitchen.

As we walk further in, I can see the uncovered balcony, and there’s a woven rope bed cut out with pillows and blankets overtop to the right of it. To the left is a hot tub and lounge chairs. Stella walks ahead of me to the bedroom on our right, and I speed up to join her because I can’t fathom what that will look like if the rest of this place is so incredible. I nearly run into her because she’s frozen in the doorway, gaping at the room.

On the back wall is a king-sized bed with a large white mesh canopy over the top. There are skylights around the ceiling and second balcony. Stella moves to the bathroom, which is entirely marble, with a glass shower, a large bath with steps up to it, and a lookout window.

“This is incredible.” Stella breathes, and Kalani follows us in to show the boys to the massive closet behind us. They drop our suitcases off and scurry out of the room as Kalani asks us if we need anything else.

“No, thank you, that will be all.” I hand her a hundred from my pocket, and she lowers her head to thank me as she takes it and exits the suite.

“What do you want to do until dinner?” I lean against the double vanity as Stella admires the perfumes laid out on wooden shelves that line the wall, with books and plants to accompany them.

“Hm. We should get ready.” She concludes.

“Yeah.”

“I need to shower.”

“Together?”

“Antonio.”

“Okay. I’m leaving.” I toss my hands up and exit the bathroom, but not before catching a smile twitching across her pink lips from the corner of my eye.

As I wait for her to rinse off, I open the sliding glass to the balcony in the bedroom and let the cool early evening breeze drift inside. The ocean looks so blue from here. People are still surfing and laying out on the sand.

I get a message as I watch them and open my phone to see it’s from Jack.

“Just landed. Dinner at The Pavilion? Eight o’clock?” I search the restaurant on my phone and see it's only ten minutes away with a spot by the water, so I message back.

“Sure. See you then.” As I slide my phone back into my pocket, Stella comes out with a bowl and dripping hair.

“Done.”

“That was quick.” I head to the bathroom, and she stops me in the doorway.

“I have to change.” Our bodies are too close again, and I feel the longing to rip the towel off her and carry her to the bed. But I resist the urge, studying her long wet lashes blinking across her bright hazel eyes.

“Be quick.” She quietly says before walking out onto the balcony. A brave thing to do in only a towel. I shake my head as I close the door behind me. As fast as I can, I shower off the gross feeling of travel from my body, then enter the closet to grab something to wear.

I decide on my AMIRI silk Rum Bowling Shirt with AMIRI alabaster tailored shorts. For the accessories, I put on my thick gold chain necklace, gold Versace watch, and plain gold rings on my middle finger and thumb. For shoes, I choose my Prada high tops with cream socks that stick out at the top.

There’s a knock on the door as I’m tying my shoes.

“Hello?” Stella asks impatiently, and I feel bad because I have definitely been taking my time getting ready.

“Oh shit! Come in!” She opens the door and drops her towel as she walks into the closet. I know this is to spite me for taking so long.
