Vindictive Heir - Page 43

Enjoying the feeling of being full, I shift my hips, testing how his thickness caresses my inner muscles. He cups my breasts, the heat of his hands seeping into my skin as I stroke his cock. “That’s right.” The tone of his voice finally wavers, and I catch the golden color in his eyes, staying connected that way for the rest of my ride. It isn’t until my orgasm hits, and my body stiffens, that my eyes shut.

My body fairly crumples, and I end up draped over him. His arms come around me, and all is right in the world. I could stay like this forever. He, however, has different ideas, curling up to reach my lips and make up for all the kisses we didn’t have the last few days.

The sound of someone clearing their throat shatters the moment. I gasp, glancing up to find Ezequiel standing by the table, facing the patio. I shoot up. Cool air hits my chest, reminding me of what I’m wearing…or not wearing. Addler has the forethought to bring me down against him. I burrow against his neck, eyes closed, hoping this is one of the nightmares I used to have.

“I’ll come back,” Ezequiel says in a tight voice.

Not a nightmare. Horrified, I look to Addler to figure out what to do. My God, I’m bare-ass naked, my legs spread over an equally naked man. And someone walked in on us like this. If there was ever a time the ground should open up and swallow me whole, it should be right now.

“Give us a second,” Addler says with a hint of amusement. I should be furious at him, but right now, I just want to curl up and have the world go away. I’m sure there’s some sort of etiquette for moments like this, but I’ve never had to worry about it before.

“Gotcha,” Ezequiel replies in a gruff voice. “I’ll be out here.” This time, I can hear his boots on the kitchen tile. The whoosh of the French doors reverberates in my head, though I know it isn’t loud at all.

“Go on.” Addler’s gaze, now more green than gold, goes to the other side of the kitchen, indicating I should take the entrance closest to the stairs. He doesn’t have to tell me twice. I clutch the ends of the shirt together and push myself off his lap then scramble out of the kitchen.

It isn’t until I hit the stairs that I realize I have no idea where my clothes are. Well, I’m not about to head back down to find out. I’m heading to Addler’s room, and I don’t know if I’ll ever be brave enough to come out of there again. And if I did, how would I face Ezequiel?
