The Night the King Claimed Her - Page 50

‘It’s a really great view.’

‘Is it?’ He couldn’t resist stretching out on the bed for her.

‘Are you putting on a show for me?’

Amusement lit him up all over. ‘Would you like me to?’

She glanced down his body. ‘I think that could be pretty good.’

‘Then absolutely, I will give you a show.’ He stretched wide then ran his hands across his chest before sliding them south, massaging his thighs, then...

‘Maybe you should stop...’ Her voice wobbled.

‘Not sure I can.’ He could see she was excited. Hell, he was excited. To teach her more. To make it better. In this one way, this one night maybe he could...but how could it get better than what they’d shared just before?

‘You’d better,’ she called down to him.

‘Or what?’

‘Or...’ She bit her lip, a gesture not of wariness but of sensuality. ‘I’ll have to make you pay.’

He was absolute toast. She was going to toy with him and he was going to let her. She watched, fascinated, as he slowly stretched his hand back onto the mattress.

‘Good.’ She stood at the top of the staircase and slowly let the sheet fall from her body until she was as naked as he.

She was watching him with a fixated, glazed look and he knew she was dreaming of what she was about to do to him.

‘I think you’d better get ready for me,’ she said.

Felipe could hardly don protection, his fingers were trembling so much.

She sashayed down the stairs, back to him. She didn’t ask with words, but discovered with her hands his most sensitive places. He liked it when she made the decisions, had liked it when she’d lain back and let him decide everything too. He was used to people paying attention to him—waiting for his command, seeking his advice, doing his bidding. But this was different. This was Elsie taking time to know him. Taking what she wanted. Their push and pull, give and take were intoxicating. He could boss her in a way he’d not dared with another only because she liked to flip and push it back on him. So he let it happen now—let her tease him. Her concentration was the sexiest thing he’d ever seen. There was an almost gauche generosity to her actions. But she was doing this not only to please him but to sate her own curiosity as well. Not because she thought she had to pleasure him, but because she truly wanted to. He felt utterly honoured and it was a gift he didn’t take for granted. He wanted to gift her more in return and he couldn’t hold back any more. He reached for her.

‘For once in your life, let someone else take charge,’ she hissed at him. ‘Hold onto the headboard.’

He stared at her. ‘Is that an order?’

‘Absolutely.’

His muscles sharpened. ‘You know I’ll get you back for this.’

‘I’m aware. And I’ll accept that as my due reward.’ A sweet, sweet whisper.

He could hardly breathe, and he couldn’t release the board above his head now. If he did, he’d clutch her so hard he’d bruise her. His need for her was white-hot and blinding. His arms burned. His whole body was tense—as if he were on the damned rack and being stretched—just waiting for her to claim him.

Elsie stared down at him. Felipe was a beautiful, beautiful man and tonight he was hers. She released everything—the kind of hunger she’d never allowed to flow. That truly she’d never felt before. All-consuming, yet so playful.

‘Hold on,’ she muttered, while holding him her prisoner by straddling his powerful thighs. But she didn’t take him yet. She teased and took him in her hands.

‘I am,’ he gritted. ‘I will.’

She felt liberated and free and giddy with desire.

‘Elsie,’ he groaned. ‘What are you doing?’

‘I’m playing you. Do you like it?’

‘Your fingers are magical.’
